The Stromberg Enterprise Forecasting and Optimization Module gives you control over the staff planning process. Generate forecasts based on user-defined key performance indicators (KPI) and associated labor standards to uncover ways to maximize staffing, in a less-costly manner, with no reduction in quality of service.

Stromberg Enterprise Scheduling Time and Labor Software offers complete scheduling rules enforcement to manage employee availabilities, preferences, skills, credentials, work locations, minimum/maximum hours, and more. All are fully configurable to the individual employee level.

Improve Employee Satisfaction

Employees can access their own Web portal to clock in and out, view their schedules (present, past and future), request time off, and communicate with managers. Employees can also post work shifts to the swap board for capture by another qualified employee. Tour bidding is available, through the swap board, where employees have the ability to bid on shifts. Messaging, group and personal calendars, an email system, and system-generated email alerts ensure that employees stay informed.
