As you leave the airport, follow signs going North. This will lead you to Semoran Blvd -436. Continue on Semoran Blvd. for approximately 5 to 6 miles. You will see a highway overpass ahead, this will be SR 408 -East/West Expressway. Take the entrance to SR 408 West; it will be on the right.

Continue on SR 408 until you see the I-4 Exit. Take this exit and follow signs to Daytona Beach, which is I-4 East. You will travel on I-4 East for about 20+ miles.
