We are actively recruiting for the following position(s):

Application Specialist

Department: Sales
Locations: Nationwide

Function

  • Supports the attainment of Sales and Operation goals
  • Provides expert product consultation, support, and subject matter expertise
  • Delivers information and updates to Sales regarding product releases, policy, and procedures
  • Works in concert with sales to enhance a clients/prospects full understanding of the business solution that the product/service provides
  • Conducts marketing activities to increase product/service awareness and market share. This includes tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and participation in professional societies (i.e. APA, SHRM, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration required or equivalent education and experience in related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a software sales engineer in product, applications and functional knowledge required in the Time and Attendance/Labor industry and continually achieving or exceeding sales goals. Experience in developing and implementing training programs. Proven ability to assist in assessing market competition.
  • Skills: Solid presentation, communication, and selling skills with a proven ability to meet sales quota required. Must be able to present complex, technical concepts to non-technical users and convey an understanding of the practical business application/solution. Must display professionalism, competitiveness, business ethics, and a strong work ethic. Ability to train and coach others is essential.

Technical Support Representative

Department: Client Services
Locations: Lake Mary, Florida

Function

  • Answer calls from clients
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues involving Stromberg Software and clocks in a timely manner and escalate if necessary
  • Call clients every 3 weeks as a courtesy
  • Log and verify programming issues found by customers (bugs) and give an ETA of a fix if possible
  • Notify customer when an issue has been resolved
  • Respond to emails from clients
  • Notify clients of available upgrades
  • Schedule and install upgrades
  • Activate additional software
  • Make changes to Payroll rules upon request

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science and a minimum of 1 year of technical experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong customer service, problem resolution and communication skills are necessary.
